Since September 2025, I started the “Women’s Health” campaign, through which I offer free online coaching sessions for women who want to improve their quality of life. Before sharing how you can benefit from this, I want to tell you a bit about myself and why I turned my focus toward this topic. I hope you’ll also find yourself in what I share about the importance of regular menstruation.
What Is the Role of Regular Menstruation?
A regular menstrual cycle is a key indicator of women’s health and hormonal balance. Female hormones influence not only reproductive function but also appearance, beauty, youthfulness, mood, and overall vitality. Different ages have different norms for the menstrual cycle. Many women, prioritizing family, work, or caring for others, forget to pay attention to themselves. Often we get used to a certain rhythm of our cycle from an early age and accept as “normal” something that may actually be a sign of imbalance. As the years go by, these imbalances become clearer, especially when a woman decides she wants to have a baby. That’s when we realize how many aspects of health needed to be monitored and regulated earlier.
Symptoms of Hormonal Imbalance
Hormones also affect mood – many men know that the days before a period can make a woman more sensitive, easily irritated, or sad. This state has its explanation in the drop of progesterone, and if there are nutritional deficiencies, symptoms intensify. Common signs of hormonal imbalance include:
Premenstrual syndrome (bloating, breast and lower back pain, headaches, craving sweets, mood changes)
Painful menstruation – when pain is so strong it interferes with daily life
Irregular cycle – varying cycle length, forgetting dates, which can affect fertilityIt’s important to understand that normal PMS should not cause severe discomfort that disrupts quality of life. If symptoms are severe, or menstruation is painful or excessively heavy, the first step is to see a gynecologist to rule out medical reasons like fibroids or polyps.
What Can We Do?
After a gynecological check-up, it’s good to turn to a nutritionist and begin with dietary changes – eliminating foods that harm hormones, such as processed products, white flour, sugar, heavy meats, carbonated drinks, and alcohol. Including whole grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, and legumes is recommended. Water is also extremely important – it hydrates, helps the body eliminate excess hormones, and is needed for normal cell function, including reproductive cells. The recommended daily amount is about 30–40 ml per kilogram of body weight. Some specific foods and supplements can support hormonal balance, but it’s important to use them after consulting a specialist. Attention should also be paid to external sources of estrogens – plastics, detergents, and conventionally produced meat – which can negatively affect the body.
Emotional Health and Female Energy
Hormonal balance is closely linked with emotional well-being. Suppressed emotions, stress, and anxiety can worsen mood, appearance, and even physical health. Female energy is more fluid and receptive, but in today’s world many women are accustomed to showing activity and strength, which are more characteristic of masculine energy. Balancing activity and femininity, giving and receiving, is key to health and inner peace. Hypnotherapy and regression therapy can be effective tools for uncovering deep emotional causes of physical imbalance. Even one session can reveal patterns and blocks affecting hormonal health.
Practical Steps Toward Better Women’s Health
Visit a gynecologist – to rule out medical causes of symptoms
Nutrition and lifestyle – remove harmful foods, include wholesome products, ensure proper hydration
Nutritional supplements – after specialist consultation, tailored to individual needs
Emotional health – work with emotions through therapy, meditation, hypnotherapy
Balance between activity and femininity – acceptance, intuition, development of inner serenity and calm
Maintaining women’s health is not just about the physical body, diet, or medication – it’s a comprehensive approach including body, mind, and emotions. With care, attention, and the right steps, we can improve quality of life, mood, and beauty. And when we decide to become mothers, this will also reflect on the quality of our reproductive cells and fertility. If you’d like support and tailored guidance, you can take advantage of a free online consultation, where we will discuss your condition and plan individual steps toward better health and balance.
